MaxPerks $15 off $50 Coupon

If you participated in the MaxPerks deal on paper that MoneySavingMom featured a while back, you should have received a $15 off $50 IN STORE coupon in the mail this week.  Since our nearest store is 100 miles or so away, I don't know that it's a great deal for Tulsa area shoppers. 

I'd like to know if anyone else got this coupon, and if there's a way to use it online.  If you know, please share your info!
