Speed Bumps

Ann Kroeker, author of the book Not So Fast, which I reviewed here, has a personal blog and a Not So Fast book blog.  I've enjoyed reading some of her suggestions, and wanted to invite you over to read the list, which included this little gem that I will be tweaking for my home and vehicle:

"Print out a clip-art turtle. Tape it to your dashboard."

If you've been a reader for any length of time, you know I believe that, "Slow & steady wins the race."  I've often been overheard exclaiming, "Turtle Power!" around my home as we finished a long-overdue project, so this business of taping a turtle to my dashboard is right up my alley!
