I also found these Tropicanna canna Lilies for $2 a pot. I LOVE the foliage. They will be mixed in with my super tall red cannas, which will look so fab in the garden just off the porch.
The best score was this beautiful Forever & Ever Hydrangea for $4! It's a nice large plant, and I'll have to rearrange my front flower bed to include this beauty.
With all the landscaping I've done this year, it makes me hesitant to move from this Little Creek Cottage, but we only have one full bath. I wonder what it would cost to add a second bath and just stay here?

Cheaper than purchasing another home I would think :o)

Beautiful plants! great score
Aren't bargains fun? I have Carnaby. Have you seen it pictured on my blog? It's actually prettier "in person" than this picture. The colors are richer. I think this is the first time I've ever seen anyone else meniton it.
I'd mulch it well to over winter. We mound compost around ours, and cover that with the branches from the Christmas tree. Of course, you're much warmer there.
I love the canna and that beautiful hydrangea too. Wishing you lots of luck with them.
Thanks for visiting and saying hello! I enjoyed your comment.
I hope you enjoy this wonderful day that The Lord has made :)
