Here's an amazing pictoral blog of before and after slipcovered furniture. Custom Slip Covers by Shelley would be on the top of my list if I could afford it. She does some amazing work!
I love the after. I'll be looking for one of these on Craigslist, just as soon as I'm done with my current projects!
Here's the not~so~amazing before photo. Hard to believe it's the same chair! I've been looking at fabric for a pair of little chairs I picked up on Craigslist for $25, for the pair! I'm excited to see them transformed just like the ones on Shelley's blog.
I'm looking for online tutorials for making slipcovers, so if you know of a good one, please post it in my comments. I'd sure appreciate it, and so would my remodel budget!

I love slipcoverd anything! That look is just so me and I like the ease of being able to wash the covers. I did keep a tutorial someone did but I'm not at my own computer so I don't have it handy. I think Jen at Sanctuary arts did one and her link is on my sidebar so maybe search her archives.
